The seminar on «Mergers and acquisitions. Amicable М&A transactions. Insider conflicts. Non- amicable mergers, raider attacks, greenmail and asset protection» was held in Kyiv, Ukraine on 3-4 April 2008. Ms. Olena Lysytska, the lawyer of ULGroup, took an active part in this seminar. The target audience of the said event was comprised by CEO and commercial directors, owners and senior managers of companies, individual businessmen, top managers and lawyers practicing in the sphere of tax planning.
