We have a pleasure of welcoming you at the website of ‘United Legal Group’ Association (ULGroup).
The history of ULGroup started as early as in 2001 when young at that time law companies – Law Alliance LLC and Yurinform Plus Affiliated Company began working on the basis of a partnership. Then, the partnership was the result of lack of personnel in Law Alliance LLC for performing of short-term projects, for which the company had been attracted as a legal consultant.
Permanent growth of the scope of activities and the range of customers serviced by partner companies called for the necessity of attraction of additional resources that stipulated engagement of young law companies – Norma Kharkiv LLC, Legal Consulting Company LLC, Ukrainian Law Company LLC, YuKKO LLC – for outsourcing in 2003.
Thus, the alliance added new member partners into its rows.
The idea of a merger of the above law companies already successfully operating at that moment in various regions of Ukraine and servicing different business sectors, into a single structure originated in 2005. By that time the partner companies had been many times convinced of efficiency of that kind of partnership and proved their exclusive loyalty to each other.
Joining of the experience and the personnel potential of the 6 companies into a single team with common values and objectives gave significant impetus to development of the common activity and facilitated fast extension of the scope of activities of the Association during the last two years.
Presently, the Association is actively developing and in the nearest future it plans to integrate into the structure two new members, with which the experience of a successful cooperation has been already worked out by now.
