Preliminary preparation of the company for performing of the IPO proceedings:
Execution of preliminary Legal Due Diligence;
Legal consulting with respect of selection of the IPO site;
Legal consulting with respect of bringing of the company activity into conformity with the requirements stipulated by the proceedings of IPO;
Representation of the company interests in its relations with the nominee consultants.
