Complex legal support of the business activity of the client is performed exclusively on a continuous basis and normally includes the following scope of services:
• consulting;
• performance of contract and complaint-related activity in the interests of the client;
• representation of the interests of the client in relations with the government agencies;
• representation and defense of the interests of the client in the courts;
• representation of the interests of the client in relations with the government law-enforcement bodies.
Complex legal support of the business activity of the client is performed both on the basis of the hourly payment and on terms of the subscription fee services under the agreement with the client.
